Default Question for the street oriented riders.

Has anyone fitted a cast wheel to the KLR? I know the probability of breakage offroad, but my dirt skills are to a point where I only travel on the road now. I am looking to change the KLR image a little. Adding to my 16t countershaft sprocket, UFO fender, Superbrace, and D607/Vee street tires already installed.
Thanks,
'Neck

I remember one of the English members fitted I think Suzuki G.S wheels to a KLR 600. It was on the old forum and I remember him saying it took quite a lot of custom machine work. Maybe he has rejoined here and will spot this post

There was also a member over here from W. Virginia who owned a machine shop and was going to fit some cast wheels to his. I don't know if he is still here. Ken
