Go to their site, www.seatconcepts.com and hit the "contact us" button. Tell them what you need. Got mine at my door in about a week or a couple of days more. Love it.

I just ordered mine. I read posts here and then, because the web site is pretty simple, I called and left a message. The next day I received a call back, got my questions answered and just now put in my order and paid my bill through their Pay Pal service. Looking forward to putting it together then riding from New Mexico to California for Thanksgiving.
