SOLD!
Bug_KLR, I owe you one man! If you ever need any parts you let me know. If you are every in Colorado, let me know. I owe you lunch and a grand tour. PM me your address, if you will? I called the guy. Nice, honest man. Everything is legit and exactly as he represented it, except it probably only needs one fork. I think I have officially been out niced. I HATE it when someone outnices me. I told the guy, I'll buy it from you, but I would recommend you do not sell it to me. I said he should re-list it and it would get much more than $600. I told him that three times. He said he would sell it to me for $600. I tell him, no, he shouldn't. Yes, he will. No he shouldn't. Finally I told him I would give him $800 and I am ripping him off. At one point I said I'd give him $1000. He said he'd sell it to me for $800. SOLD! For $800. |

Apparently that crash didn't sit too well with someone, and judging from the
condition of the plastic it's been outside for a long time. Still a pretty good deal. |

Unfortunately, if I part it out I will be keeping the wheels and engine.
Hey Randman, if I part it out, I'll be selling the parts cheap. Let me know what you need. Snow, you are spot on. The guy's friend, bought it new. A county truck pulled out in front of him and he hit the rear bumper. I think he was used to big bikes with good brakes and traded this guy for a goldwing or something. |

Cool, thanks.
I've been wanting, many things. Spare set of wheels, fatty front, engine with less than 900 miles to do the 685 kit on mine with 30,000, spare everything. I'm leaning towards parting her out, but... I'll probably part her out. Give folks here a good deal. The guy gave me one. I'll probably just pass it on. It will be late year early next year before I get it. Can't wait. |

Hey Glenn! I ain't payin the small fee for sellin here, that's fer sure.
![]() Faded plastics, bent forks. Really, I'd like to refurbish it and get it back on the road. Most likely I will hoard the wheels and motor and needed bits and sell the rest. At a discount, for sure. Bargain had is a bargain to be passed long. |
