You can right click and "copy image" from where your picture is hosted(not on your hard drive) or copy the url and paste it in this block

if you add the '/' in the end img tag, then your post comes out looking like this:

The easiest way to get the proper address for the pic itself is to right-click on the picture, then select 'Properties'

Highlight the URL address for the picture and press 'cntrl-C'

this will copy the address onto your clipboard, then put the start [img] tag in your post, hit 'cntrl-V' which will paste the address off your clipboard into your post, then add the end img tag

You don't rally even need to mess with the [img] tag. The picture has to hosted somewhere on the web,m like here, then you just highlight the pic, "cntll c" on a windows box, then you can "cntl v" the pic directly in your post.
