Can someone explain to me the benifits of raising links? I'm 6'3" and weigh about 200lbs. Would adding a pair improve my ride?

Another option is to change the spring with a heavier one. I would warn against it as I have blown the dampener on shocks due to too heavy a spring. My recommendation would be to only change the spring if you are willing to have the shock re-valved. To answer your question: Adding a pair will not change your ride, unless riding solo you are at max preload and have plans to either ride two up or with luggage.
