I cannot say enough about the fuse kit from Twisted Throttle. I got the order in 3 days. The instructions have the standard disclaimer. The installation is easy easy. I completed the task in 15 minutes start to finish. i clipped the waterproof fuse block to the frame gusset behind the kickstand switch. My only dissapointment was the lack of a TT decal in the package. The product is well put together. Everything plugged in easy. Leads left plenty of length to route to their destinations I have spares loaded in my kit and only need 1 minute to change them out in the event I pop a fuse

gotta agree w/ drzdad02, this is a very worthwhile upgrade. found a cool page detailling it here;
http://www.klr650.marknet.us/twcfusereloc.html the kits to replace all 3 are easily found on flea bay too. @ $30, it's cheap and easy!

Of course, since I did the fuse location years ago I've never had the opportunity to replace the fuse.

Any idea if this kit will work on a 2012 KLR?

I'm mostly interested in relocating the fuse assembly itself, if it's still mounted under the seat on the 2012. Gotta take a look and verify the current location this weekend.

The relocation kit is for the KLR650a which is 86-'07 and will not work with the "e" model ('08-).
