Default New owner in Houston area.

I just bought a 2002. How do I meet other KLR owners in the Houston area or within about a 100 miles. I would like to learn more about maintinance and meet some folks to ride with.

Thanks,

Gris

You post on a message board and ask about meeting riders in your area.

howdy from aggieland,

i ride a 99, and am not too far from houston. ive done a few maintenence things myself, but nothing too drastic, but i have heard of some good trails to check out near h-town, at a national park, i believe, not sure the name of it tho, i think its centered around a forest somewhere NW of Houston. if you can find out where it sis im down for a sunday ride for sure.... have fun with it!

Yup, you went through Norman.
The fact that you did that much ridin, doesn't leave you much excuse for not makin the Clayton ride in Southeastern Oklahoma, in October.
HHHAAAAARRRRR!!!!
