Brian, thanks for extending the offer, if they are as good as the guys reckon, then you will get some orders from Australia I am sure. The KLR is a big seller here. Can't wait to get them. Matt |

On Friday your going to get some more posts from others who missed it also. Good luck letting yourself end the promotion. It's great that you extending the deal. Look at it this way. If you extend it then you get more sales. Some of us would not have bought (or could not have afforded) them without this promotion. Big thank you from all of us!!!

You can get it done with a quart, if you don't flush the forks, and don't waste a drop. I got two quarts.

Mine arrived today. (Thanks for the nice price)
I'm a little concerned though since the label on the package says "KLR 650 Fork Insert 08+" This would imply they are the kit for the 08 or newer KLR.....right? The shipping reciept states I ordered the 87-2007....which I did. However, if the photo on your website is accurate, the packade is just mislabeled and I do have the correct model. So did you guys run out of the correct package labels? ![]()

then install the stuff (Intimaors, springs etc...) and then add 13oz of oil. That's on my 2001 KLR. The book says to measure the level but I'm lazy, so I searched a bunch of threads and it seemed that 14oz and 12oz were the most common amounts of oil used depending on if you just drain and fill, or drain, flush and fill. Some posts warn of overfilling, some recommend that you measure how much you drain, but then again I'm real lazy so I didn't. I settled on 13oz per side after a drain, flush, and fill. That, of course is only 26oz out of the 32oz that comes in a quart, so now have a full quart and, the leftovers of another, lying around for another day.
