The 2010 KLRRR 24-26 April 2010 will be held at--
KHANCOBAN LAKESIDE CARAVAN PARK
1362 Alpine Way
Khancoban NSW

The usual no awards,trophies,t shirts,but maybe the chance of a sticker(how flash is that)
All KLR riders welcome---If you dont have one-buy one
The park has been contacted and the rally/accommodation is OK for that weekend.
Check out "Accommodation-floor plans" for prices etc
Free linen is included for motorcyclists.
Make your own arrangements for reservations.


Khancoban was selected to satisfy the soft buggers who,for whatever reason they have dreamt up,dont like camping in the scrub and its easy access to the main centers of population down south
The"hard men"will be doing a extended tour of the mountains after the rally.

You've finally succumbed to the masses

I'm in & I can't wait to jump into that spa, I wonder if this is one of those fancy resorts that when you arrive they give you a free cocktail

I assume all the hard blokes will be right at the back of the caravan park in their tents eating cold cans of baked beans & drinking Bundy straight to try and keep warm

anyone interested i riding through the mountain ranges from canberra the morning of the 24th?

im going to call the npwa to double check all the trails are open

anyone interested? maybe leave 10-11am so people from syd have time?
the more people one the route the better it will be

edit:: long plain rd is closed so i'll see if i can dig out another route, any ideas?

Don't worry Pom we won't be the only ones, I bet most, if not all of the so called "Hard Men" will weaken and indulge in the pleasures of the "Resort" lifestyle

I road it the other day with a mate, from the Snowy Mountains Highway through to Currango hut and it was open, all the way to Blue Water Holes as well. It closes between June long weekend and October long weekend though because of the snow...

really? i was told all the land holders have locked them, if i had enough interest i was going to see if i can talk them round....
did you go all the way through to brindibella or only to blue water holes?
