Hey Buddy,

Sorry to hear about your misdaventure.

Are you still hosting the Julian Tech Day on April 17th?

We'll know tomorrow. If the good Dr. releases me to light duty, the 17th is a go. Should he keep me on injured reserve and the way workers comp is dealing with this injury, I cannot be in the office or anywhere around the District property until released by the orthopod. I could fall down and screw my arm up even worse. How it could be any worse, I'm not sure............broken radius and cracked ulna, 0 degrees flexion in my wrist and 5% function in my fingers.

But the stitches come out tomorrow and a bunch more x-rays. I've also had to cancel 6 months of music gigs so far; I really hope for at least 95% recovery.

Darn Buddy, you really did get hurt. Anything 0 degrees is not good. Not sure what the other stuff was but did not sound like a Craftsman tool or a Doohickey would be involved.

Take care and get well soon my friend.

Damn Buddy! A gymnast is supposed to stick the landing..on your feet.

You should have had your wife deliver you to breakfast a couple of weeks ago. We would have poured you under the door when we were finished with you.

Mike - Your oil filler cap looks great... your usual work of art. Is there any chance you will make any with a protruding, rather than recessed, 'wrench spot' (for lack of a better term)? I ride mostly dirt, and while I'd like to have one or your caps, the thought of constantly digging garbage out of the hex fitting so as to get a wrench in there has been a disincentive. A raised wrench spot would solve that problem and we could still get a high quality oil cap. Any thoughts in that direction?

Many thanks.
