Default Essential mods

Glenn and other moderators, wondering if it is worth creating a sticky here that lists all the mods that really HAVE to be done, ie the doohickey and perhaps a secondary list of recommended mods?

Read so much about the mods people have done i've lost track of them all and what is necessary and what is recommended.

Know thre is the snorkel mod, the drill the exhaust mod, the .22 cent mod, the doohickey, some plastic screw cruise control mod, what else?

Default Re: Essential mods

I think the only mods that are really important are the doohickey and torsion spring on all models. Others might disagree.

The Thermo-Bob is close to be important but not at the same level as the doo. And the tee mod might be important too.

I think all the other stuff is really just personal preference. The bikes will run fine without carb mods, lighting mods, footpegs changes etc.

Best,

Jeff

I think the most important would be the Skid plate upgrade and Circo handguard upgrades (if you off road).

The Doo, low buck exhaust Mod with the "L" air box Mod, and the $.22 Mod are all good stuff.
