Default GPS & Fuzeblock Question

I just purchased a new GPS (Garmin Zumo 660LM) and will be using the Fuzeblock for the power/ground source. The positive lead on the GPS wiring harness has an inline fuse. Since this wire will connect directly to the Fuzeblock can I just cut out the inline fuse portion of the wiring harness, strip the wire then attach it to the Fuzeblock? Otherwise I would have double fuses.
