Nice set up. I noticed you relocated the license plate and x'd the rear fender nice. Hurry and order some crash bars. The way you ride you need them.

Why? Dents and dings lend a certain charactor to a bike, that one is too clean and purty yet.

Hey Kawiski,
I went to the park website and it only said "Modern Bathrooms". So I asume that means they must have flushies. Anyway called on the phone and got no answer. Left a message I'll let ya know when they call back.

Thanks for finding out...
It would be nice to wash up after riding... even with cold water.

Will we have a designated sweeper on the Sat-Sun ride?
A good idea I think, since some of us will be carrying large items on their bike for the first time. Tent and sleeping bag are the two largest items for me.

Up date on the showers. There are no showers available at the Quail Creek Campground. Only Bathrooms with running water.
Sand Hollow does have showers but the only sites available is the primitive camping. $18 includes showers. These sites are a first come reservation only. if you have any questions you can call Sand Hollow direct at. 1-435-680-0715
Here's some more options for camping with showers.
Leeds RV Park and Camp. They have showers. 1-435-879-2450 about 7 miles from Hurricane. Their camp area is a grassy spot not big.
Zion River Resort. A real nice place to camp along the river. Showers and convenient store. Jacuzzi and swimming pool. 1-435-635-8594 Just called they only have 2 sites available for the weekend $41 per night. It's closer to Zion park around 9 miles from Hurricane. a few more bucks and you can have a motel room.
If you want a real adventure you can camp free along the river and take a bath in the river. Water temp right now with the snow melt off is 41 degrees. Its actually a nice area with trees.

Yes last I heard we will have one truck that will meet us at Tuweep. He will have some extra gas and bring the fire wood. He may be able to take some gear back with him. Jesse will be sweeping on the way back on Sunday.
Also if you are heading back home on Sunday your welcome to clean up at my house before you leave. I have an extra guest bathroom. We should be back to Hurricane by Noon on Sunday.
