Default Head refurb... does this look like I need It?

I tore down my '08 with 26000 miles on it today with the intent to box up a d ship to Mike for a 685 kit and head refurb. It was a lot cleaner inside than I expected. The piston was wet with o and pretty much wiped off. The head does have some build up.

Is it at a point where I should just get it done? I don't went to have to pull it apart again, so my thought is YES.

Well.. I answered my own question and went ahead an decided to get the head done up also. If I'm going in and doing this, I'm going to go in and do it right. no sense half assing it.
