So can we assume that these farkles will also fit the redesigned 2012?

I returned from an Alaska trip a couple of weeks ago where I rented a WeeStrom outfitted just like the one in this picture, except all of the yellow pieces were black. I rented it from MotoQuest and Twisted Throttle outfits their bikes.

The Strom was great for the 1,500 miles or so that I rode it. Of the 1,500 miles, about 250 were dirt/gravel. The Strom handled everything well, and was even fun in the twisties while fully loaded.

The other thing that I noticed was that the stock seat was actually comfortable for the longest days that I did - about 300 miles. No complaints.

Haven't ridden a Versys, but they're sharp looking bikes.

I talked with Jesse at Rocky Mtn Motorsports in Pueblo yesterday. He knows it coming but has no idea of when or what the price will be.

He also told me an '08 KLR in good shape had about $2700 trade in value. Mine has been beat on a tad.

He said he'd pay me to keep my '82 Venture.

Yup. That's what made me horny for the Wee I saw In Montrose, (R.I.P.).

If it had been for sale then, it would be in my shop now.

Always did like the 'Bumblebee' look.

I reckon I can thank Mexican wrestlers for that.

And if you're old enough to remember that, yer OLD!
