Default Buddy Rider in Phoenix AZ area?

Hello,

Brand new to riding KLRs, just took the MSF class a week ago.

Looking to have some fun riding, preferable in the east valley (I live in Chandler).

I am going to meet Robert Z next Sunday (he is helping me with my EM dohickey upgrade). Hope we hit it off, he seems like a very nice guy.

Anyway, shoot me a PM if you have any ideas for a fun day trip.

Just bought a 2014 two weeks ago and have been doing some early weekend morning rides to the Saguaro Lake area and trails to get used to it. Thinking of doing a Four Peaks run next weekend.

I was just up to Saguaro Lake this morning with my nephew. Very nice ride.

Where and when on Four Peaks?

Hello Haldor.
Since you posted on the Buddy Riders forum, I'm wondering if you wanted to have your name put on the Buddy Riders list. This list is intended to hook members, up with others, to ride together. The idea, is for both safety and experience reasons. Always better to ride with a partner, especially where our KLRs can take us. Let me know if you want to be included on the list. I will wait to hear from you before I add your name.

Please add me to the list. I have no dirt riding experience, but I am interested in it.

Don't really matter to me.. If I can go.. I'll go. if I can't I won't.. but don't have any standing obligations on the weekend.

I'll try to make it to the Sunday rides. You should see if you can swing that since it's already a ongoing thing...

Wouldn't mind finding some riding off the 87.. or via North Scottsdale..

Haven't, but willing to give it a try. How about the weekend after the Tech Day.

If I don't work on the 9th it would be great. We can discuss it on tech day and if it is a go still have time to put it out there.

Hey one918one we are going on a ride tomorrow morning. Check the southwest section for things in our area. I am in south Gilbert.
