KLR Rider in Smiths Falls, Ontario
My name is Brian and I am picking up my new 2017 KLR tomorrow and am pleasantly surprised at the resources available online for the bike, with this forum being a big one.
I have ridden bikes since the age of 12, having cut my teeth on motocross and enduro's back in the 70's, and then progressing to street bikes, including a KZ 650, V45 Sabre and 81 Silverwing (when they still looked like motorcycles ).
After a few years off, I am looking forward to getting back into some dirt trail riding, and building the bike. So far I have only invested in a set of Givi crash bars, and the personal protective equipment. Let the build begin!!

Welcome to the forum, good to have you on board with us.
Take care, RD
If one rides as one lives, would one be in the ditch?
