Default Staintune exhaust

2008KLR. Installed and removed Staintune header pipe multiple times. Bulge in piped consistently rested on clutch lever. Eventually installed original header pipe. Any similar experiences. Also cracked welds on non stressed bracket of muffler. Very disappointed. Sandspur.

After much review cracked welds on non stress bracket of muffler occurred during installation. Header pipe comment stands.

I'll take the pipe off your hands. I'd be curious to look at it myself. I'll cover shipping of course.
