Dennis, hows it goin?

Sounds great but I dont know that I will be able to do a big trip like that, I will be changing jobs this year and will have to go through the probation period etc, etc.

I am thinking about a memorial weekend something though.

I did this in August with the Goldwing.

Definitely worth doing once.

We did it clockwise.
Day 1: Rochester to Thunder Bay
Day 2: Thunder Bay to WaWa
Day 3: WaWa to Sault Ste Marie, MI
Day 4 Sault Ste Marie to Tomahawk, WI

The inlaws live in Northern WI so I have ridden most of the road there.

The stretch from WaWa to Marathon was EXTEREMLY boring. Nothing but sparse trees that were burnt from a fire.

Another thing...stay at the Northern Lights Motel in WaWa. $89 but makes you feel like you are at home...lots of fun in the rooms (that are not nailed down)

If you guys run through Houghton alont your way shoot me a message. Maybe I could show you around a little or we could just have a beverage on the deck.
